This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and cancellations of subscriptions to Procease Task, a task management application operated by CSense Management Solutions Pvt Ltd through its division Cibernate ("us", "we", or "our").
By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.
Please note that cancellation of your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in Section 3 of this policy.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies only to first-time subscribers and does not apply to subscription renewals.
- Service Unavailability: If our Service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges in full.
Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of subscription after the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired
- Dissatisfaction with features or functionality that were clearly described in our Service description
- Issues arising from your own technical environment, such as browser compatibility or internet connectivity problems
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions or acceptable use policies
- Subscription cancellations requested after the renewal date

7. Free Trial Cancellation
If you signed up for a free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.
No refund will be provided if you forget to cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends, as you had the opportunity to evaluate our Service during the trial period.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective.
Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified policy and agreement to abide and be bound by it.
